McKinsey survey shows EU wants Digital Health

McKinsey SurveyThe McKinsey consulting firm developed a survey for 1,000 participants across three countries to identify the consensus on digital health services. To the surprise of many, 75% of patients from the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany all displayed an interest in digital health service, contrary to the belief that there was no demand them. The study revealed that “The reason patients are slow to adopt digital healthcare is primarily because existing services don’t meet their needs or because they are of poor quality.”
